New ES07Z1-K extra slide technology


Since last September Top Cable has been using a new technology for its entire production of ZH ES07Z1-K (AS) Toxfree type cables in such a way that this improvement is already regularly being seen in the market.

The Toxfree ZH ES07Z1-K (AS) type cables are normally being used for cabling on the insides of public premises. These are single pole cables, insulated with halogen free polymers, fire resistant and with low smoke emissions in the event of a fire.

These halogen free cables are usually installed in corrugated conduits. When the run to be installed is long and has elbows, the ability of the cable to slide makes it an essential feature that makes the task easier for the electrical installer, even under the most unfavourable conditions.

At Top Cable, in heeding the demands for improvements from our customers, the ability to slide of the Toxfree ZH ES07Z1-K (AS) cable has been optimised.

The Latest Generation Insulation Material
In order to do this, and after numerous trials at Top Cable's Development Laboratory, an insulation material was chosen from the latest generation of materials that is based on the "nanocomposites" technology. Thus a material has been obtained with exceptional electrical properties, a minimal slide coefficient and an unbeatable appearance. At the same time its performance in regard to water has also seen benefits. All of this without sacrificing other equally important features. To sum up, a very significant qualitative leap that places it in Top Cable’s line of continuous innovation and development in the sphere of halogen free cables.
