New invoices in digital format
New advantages for Top Cable clients

In order to process all invoices more easily, efficiently, immediately and securely, Top Cable will substitute beginning in the month of May 2008 the traditional invoices “in paper format” by “digital” invoices, with the corresponding digital signature.

Following the pertinent trials already carried out, and with the electronic invoicing platform fully operational, Top Cable proposes that all its clients incorporate this new technology, meeting the evenue Service legal norms as regards electronic invoicing.

For Top Cable clients, this new digital system invoicing will bring with it:

- Fiability in receipt of invoices.
- Speed in the receipt of invoices.
- Simplification in its distribution among the customer’s branch offices.
- Ability to attach receipts to the invoices.
- Respect for the environment

These computer improvements are addressed at obtaining, gradually, “paperless” offices, that benefit business management speed and efficiency.

Clients will receive invoices in PDF format (for Adobe Acrobat) or in PTL format, for the Electronet-PTL platform. Top Cable will shortly contact its clients to asking them to join the system.
