CONDUCTOR<\/strong> <strong>DEL CABLE DE MEDIA TENSI\u00d3N<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Transporta la corriente el\u00e9ctrica<\/strong>. Es el elemento central del cable. Los conductores son de secci\u00f3n circular y est\u00e1n constituidos por alambres cableados en capas conc\u00e9ntricas (clase 2). Se fabrican de cobre electrol\u00edtico recocido o aluminio electrol\u00edtico, de alta pureza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2-pantalla-semiconductora-interna-del-cable-de-media-tension\"><\/span><strong>2. PANTALLA SEMICONDUCTORA INTERNA<\/strong> <strong>DEL CABLE DE MEDIA TENSI\u00d3N<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Recubre totalmente el conductor. <strong>Su funci\u00f3n es mejorar la distribuci\u00f3n del campo el\u00e9ctrico en la superficie del conductor<\/strong>. Se realiza con compuestos polim\u00e9ricos con alta concentraci\u00f3n de negro de humo para obtener la propiedad semiconductora. Este material est\u00e1 reticulado y totalmente adherido al aislamiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"3-aislamiento-del-cable-de-media-tension\"><\/span><strong>3. AISLAMIENTO DEL CABLE DE MEDIA TENSI\u00d3N<\/strong> <span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es el componente cr\u00edtico del cable, ya que <strong>ha de soportar el elevado campo el\u00e9ctrico presente en el interior<\/strong>. La tensi\u00f3n m\u00e1xima que puede soportar un cable depende del material y del espesor del aislamiento, que aumenta con la tensi\u00f3n asignada del cable. Se realiza con compuestos polim\u00e9ricos con alta concentraci\u00f3n de negro de humo para obtener la propiedad semiconductora. Este material est\u00e1 reticulado y en perfecto contacto con el aislamiento. Habitualmente se utilizan semiconductoras pelables, parcialmente adheridas al aislamiento, para facilitar al m\u00e1ximo la preparaci\u00f3n de las conexiones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"5-pantalla-metalica-del-cable-de-media-tension\"><\/span><strong>5. PANTALLA MET\u00c1LICA DEL CABLE DE MEDIA TENSI\u00d3N<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los cables de media tensi\u00f3n llevan una <strong>pantalla met\u00e1lica en contacto con la semiconductora externa<\/strong>. Esta pantalla est\u00e1 constituida por fibras de cobre colocadas en h\u00e9lice recubriendo uniformemente todo el per\u00edmetro del cable. PROTECCI\u00d3N CONTRA EL AGUA<\/strong>&nbsp;(S\u00d3LO <a href=\"https:\/\/www.topcable.com\/es\/cables-de-media-tension\/rhz1\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">CABLES TIPO -OL Y -2OL<\/a>)<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En cables con Obturaci\u00f3n Longitudinal (tipo -OL) <strong>se coloca bajo la cubierta una cinta <\/strong>de material higrosc\u00f3pico,<strong> que impide la propagaci\u00f3n longitudinal del agua<\/strong>. CUBIERTA INTERIOR<\/strong> &nbsp;<strong>O ASIENTO (S\u00d3LO PARA CABLES ARMADOS)<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Todos los cables armados llevan una <strong>cubierta de separaci\u00f3n<\/strong> (o asiento de armadura) <strong>entre la pantalla met\u00e1lica y la armadura<\/strong>. Esta cubierta interna es del mismo material que la cubierta exterior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"8-armadura-solo-para-cables-armados\"><\/span><strong>8.
