Por tanto, los cables de goma (tipo H07RN-F) presentan una extraordinaria <strong>flexibilidad y resistencia a temperaturas extremas<\/strong>, superior a los cables con aislamiento tipo XLPE (tipo RV-K).<\/p>\n<p>Con el paso del tiempo la <strong>cubierta de un cable de goma<\/strong> se comporta mejor al efecto de la radiaci\u00f3n solar y de las variaciones clim\u00e1ticas frio-calor-frio, <strong>evitando la presencia de grietas en su superficie,<\/strong> que se pueden ir profundizando con el paso del tiempo. \u00a0El agrietamiento de las cubiertas puede provocar que los conductores queden al aire y se degraden, quedando el cobre del conductor visto, con la posibilidad de un contacto directo o indirecto y el consecuente riesgo de electrocuci\u00f3n para una persona. Si el cable tiene que ser sometido a movimientos de flexi\u00f3n y torsi\u00f3n, el efecto de las grietas o cuarteamiento de la cubierta aumenta, llegando hasta el aislamiento de los conductores y, si el aislamiento de los mismos ha cedido, tambi\u00e9n provocando un cortocircuito por el contacto de los dos conductores.
