We recommend installing flexible cables like H07V-K -or its LSZH version H07Z1-K-. They both are available in a wide colour range to meet IEC 60228 and EN 50363 standards.

Yes. We offer full LSZH variants across our panel wiring range for applications where fire safety and toxic gas emission are a concern, such as in enclosed electrical rooms or public installations meeting B2ca-s1a,d1,a1 or Cca-s1,d1,a1 CPR requirements.

We offer H07V2-K cables that meet UL, CSA, BE and UNE specifications. TRI-RATED cables are designed according to EN 50525-2-31, UL 758, CSA C22.2 and BS 6231 standards.

Internal panel wiring uses fine-stranded single-cores. Top Cable’s TOPFLEX H07V-K, and the LSZH H07Z1-K, are the standard flexible switchboard wires.

Tri-rated cable carries BS6231, UL and CSA approvals for export panels. Top Cable’s TOPFLEX Tri-Rated H07V2-K suits control panels and switchgear.

Both are flexible single-cores: H07V-K has PVC insulation, while Top Cable’s TOXFREE H07Z1-K is halogen-free and low-smoke. Choose H07Z1-K where fire safety or CPR matters.

Top Cable’s TOXFREE H07Z1-K (and ES05Z1-K) are halogen-free, low-smoke single-cores for switchgear assembly where toxic-smoke emission must be minimised.

Distribution board internal links use flexible single-cores. Top Cable’s TOPFLEX H07V-K, LSZH H07Z1-K, or 90C tri-rated H07V2-K suit the job.

For 90ºC panel wiring use Top Cable’s TOPFLEX Tri-Rated H07V2-K, a fine-stranded single-core rated to 90ºC continuous.

LV switchboard busbar tails use flexible single-cores. Top Cable’s TOPFLEX H07V-K, or H07V2-K for higher temperature, handle the connection.

For CPR-regulated panels, Top Cable’s LSZH TOXFREE H07Z1-K carries a reaction-to-fire Euroclass per EN 50575.
